As a Travel-Online customer we totally respect your right to privacy. We provide only your name and arrival/departure details to suppliers in order to make your travel itinerary reservation. In the case of airline bookings we are also required to provide your telephone contact details or an accommodation contact prior to your flight(s).

Although a common industry practise, we DO NOT share, resell, or distribute your email address, or physical address details with ANY other third party under ANY circumstances. Every effort is made to keep your personal information totally confidential.

Data Storage

Our administration system is located within our own firewall protected internal network. As we host our websites with an external provider, there is no possibility of external internet-based file access to our network since it has not been necessary to incorporate that particular capability into it.

The storage of client data on our premises conforms to all appropriate international standards for data integrity, confidentiality and security.

Third Party Web Sites

Please note that we can only apply our privacy policy to web sites that we operate ourselves, and to information that we receive directly from them. Although we link to external web sites, this should not be seen to imply that we take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these web sites.

The copyright on all original/custom artwork, maps, navigation elements, presentation methods and design elements included in our web sites is held exclusively by HaproTravel. Copyright on all descriptive text is held by HaproTravel. Copyright on selected photographic images is also held by HaproTravel.

Photographic images are reproduced with the permission of HaproTravel and the product and/or service providers represented on the web site, or as shown where necessary to satisfy the copyright obligations associated with their electronic reproduction.

Where joint copyright is held over proprietary text or images, we reserves the right to pursue all copyright infringements on behalf of the primary copyright holder. Where the copyright for a photographic image is held exclusively by a third party under licence, we reserves the right to vigorously protect the copyright of those images on behalf of the third party.

All HTML files used in our web sites are declared to be proprietary software product developed for use by HaproTravel only, and as such are subject to international intellectual property conventions.

All custom graphics used are declared to be works of art created for use by us only, and as such are subject to international intellectual property conventions. Image files, HTML documents, and text files are not to be relocated to another server, or duplicated for commercial purposes without the expess written permission of HaproTravel.

HaproTravel, trading under its subsidiary business names, is a member of various Vietnam Tourism Authorities, and as such exercises the right to reproduce images made available by these various organisations to their members for the purpose of generic and/or specific tourism promotion.
