Deposits
A deposit of 30 % (or other payment conditions indicated on invoice) of the any servies price is required when you confirm your booking.
Deposit should be made by credit card or bank transfer to the bank account of – HAPRO TRAVEL JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Money Transfer
Payment by money transfer service of Western Union. You can choose many of bank agents of Western Union in your country or do it online to transfer money to our company. Please follow the guide of http://www.westernunion.com
After that, please send us the bank code of this transaction by fax/ mail, then if it is approved, we will send you the confirmation. (Bank charge may apply. This, if any, will be settled by client)

As the payment has been made, HaproTravel will draw up a confirmation which is considered a contract between two parties.
Confirmation
HAPROTRAVEL will confirm the tour booking by email or fax stating the specifications which are to be fullfilled relevant requirements of the participants, meanwhile, any failure in the fulfillment of the requirements. Tour participants must be required to reconfirm his/her reservation on the final arrangement which considered a contract between two parties.
Cancellation and Cancellation fees
Notification of cancellation made by tour participant in writing: email or fax and must be received by HAPROTRAVEL.
FIT Cancellation:
- More than 31 days prior to arrival: no cancellation charge
- Between 31 – 8 days prior to arrival: 25% charge of the total services cost.
- Between 7 – no show on the day of departure: 100% charge of the total services cost.
GIT Cancellation:
- More than 61 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation charge
- Between 61 – 31 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of the total services cost.
- Between 30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of the total services cost.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.
Liability
HAPROTRAVEL is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that we acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients.
WE will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of HAPRO TRAVEL and /or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The clients warrant that HAPROTRAVEL will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.
Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
